Rewards program terms

The referral program is open to active WriteOffOS account holders. The testimonial program is open to WriteOffOS customers who have used the product. You must be able to lawfully receive the reward you select. Rewards have no cash value except where required by law.

• Share your personal referral link. When someone starts a trial through it and then becomes a paying subscriber, that referral is “converted.”
• Each converted referral earns one reward, which you choose from the available menu (a free month, account credit, a discount, or gifting a month to the firm you referred).
• Rewards are applied to your WriteOffOS account after conversion is confirmed. Automatable rewards (free month, account credit) are applied as a credit to your billing; others are arranged directly.
• You may not refer yourself, create fake or duplicate accounts, or use paid search on our brand terms. Self-dealing, fraud, or abuse voids rewards and may end participation.

• Submit a video or written testimonial about your genuine experience. We review every submission; not all are published, and publication and any reward are at our discretion.
• Approved testimonials earn one reward from the same menu.
• Testimonials must be truthful and reflect your actual experience. Any dollar amounts, savings, or deductions you mention are specific to your facts and are not a promise of results for anyone else.

By submitting a testimonial and checking the release box, you grant WriteOffOS a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, edit for length, and display your submitted video, statements, name, title, firm name, and likeness in marketing and promotional materials across any medium. You represent that you have the right to grant this license and that your submission does not infringe anyone’s rights or disclose confidential client information. You may request removal of your testimonial from our active materials at any time by emailing legal@writeoffos.com; we will stop using it going forward within a reasonable period.

Testimonials and referrals in this program are incentivized — participants receive a reward. Wherever we publish a testimonial, we will disclose that it was incentivized. We do not condition rewards on leaving a positive review, and we do not suppress unfavorable feedback. This complies with the FTC’s guidance on endorsements and testimonials.

Rewards may be taxable to you depending on their form and value. You are responsible for any taxes on rewards you receive. If total cash-equivalent rewards to you exceed reporting thresholds, we may be required to collect tax information and issue the appropriate form.

We may modify or end these programs, or any reward, at any time. Material changes will be reflected here. Rewards already earned before a change will be honored. Questions? hello@writeoffos.com.
